  • My Sessions are 1 hour. Once you’re booked in with me, you’ll get an email including a link to the session plus a calendar invite. All you need to do is show up at the time of our session, relaxed, and ready for the session!

  • My coaching is a warm, conscious and safe space where you can explore whatever you need to in order to grow. It’s a space that you can feel relaxed to open up and speak your heart. My coaching involves deep listening, intuition, and opening up new possibilities to improve your situation and get you to your outcome.

  • Yes, I’m a professionally certified transformative coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

  • The truth is, the smartest and wisest people invest in themselves. Receiving coaching is one powerful way of doing this. If you really think about it, there are not many things more worthwhile than growing yourself as a person and then deepening your growth more and more. If this doesn’t ring true for you, coaching is likely not for you.

  • It is normal for coaching to seem like a ‘big thing’ and that’s because in reality, you’re doing something that’s massively valuable for yourself. It is natural to feel a bit outside of your comfort zone, or even anxious, but ultimately, there’s nothing to worry about. With my coaching, there is just warmth, a chance to be understood, a chance for us to be really present together and a chance to work on whatever is calling you.
